These shorts are great for a solid No-Gi training. I got to break them in last night, and I couldn't be happier with the quality and durability of the shorts. I didn't realize what benefit the slits on the side would have until I was rolling. It makes all the difference when it comes to mobility during training. I also like the tie/velcro to keep them secure.
